Standard Shipping and Express Shipping rates available, cost determined by weight of order.

Standard shipping starts at $9.00 and Express Shipping at $19.00, delivered by Australia Post.

International shipping option not available online. You can email to enquire a price depending on what you would like to order and your location.

Unfortunately due to the nature of chocolate and the Australian weather we can not guarantee that your chocolate will arrive in perfect condition. Please be mindful of when you order your chocolate and make sure to keep note of dispatch and delivery emails to ensure someone is home or please send to an address that someone can receive your products so they are not left out in the heat unnecessarily.

At Tonantzin we pay attention to the weather and will sometimes delay your order if there’s a hot patch of weather so you can receive our products in a better condition.

Please be aware that once our chocolate leaves our hands it is out of our control what temperature it is exposed to with Australia post and the delivery process. If you are concerned seek out your local stockist or be in contact with us to find out where.

If your chocolate looks a little soft or melted you can place it in the freezer for 20 minutes, it  will still be great for eating even if the temper has changed.

At Tonantzin we are a small family run business and we appreciate you enjoying our chocolate. Sometimes we take a little longer to post when we are out of a product because we only make small handmade batches of chocolate at a time. Post times can be impacted by this however we always stand by the quality of our chocolate. Thank you for you patience.

Our products are intended for consumption and are non refundable.

Unfortunately we don’t take returns or exchanges however if your order is wrong get in touch via email within 1-3 days and we will happily amend your order. We hope you are satisfied with our products.
