CHILLI

Chilli originates in Mexico and comes in different varieties. We use chilli Pikin which has a clean fruity flavour and a strong chilli kick. The benefits of eating chilli include high levels of vitamin C, A and E. It helps boost metabolism and aids in digestion.

Mezquite

Mesquite is a superfood from the desert of Mexico that comes from the seedpod of the Mezquite tree. It is sweet and spicy with a nutty flavour and caramel overtone. It is high in protein and contains good quantities of calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc and it’s rich in the amino acid lysine as well. It’s low GI which helps maintain stable blood sugar levels.
